Established in 1998, Hopper Boat Rentals has been an established business at the Channel Islands Harbor for over 20 years. As of April 2019, the business is now under new ownership - the new owners both grew up in Oxnard and are very excited to be apart of the Channel Islands Harbor community. Hopper Boat Rentals is a family run business and would like all to feel welcome and create great memories with family and friends down at the docks.

Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our fun and friendly team is here to make your experience one you won't forget. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals!

WINTER HOURS (November through February)

Monday through Friday
10:00 to 6:00pm

Saturday & Sunday
10:00am to 6:00pm

SUMMER HOURS (March through October)
10:00am to  5:00pm

Open 7 days a week. Weather permitting. (We recommend to call ahead of time if you're uncertain to come in due to weather!)

Our last boat leaves at 5:00 pm daily.

We are happy to work outside our business hours on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday as long as an appointment is made in advance. The most  popular time to come at night is during the holiday months, the homes on Mandalay bay decorate their back porches with lights and it's a beautiful sight to see!

We also allow your family pets aboard our boats including a small fee of $5 dollars!
